A 12 day diet is considered to be a mono diet that is very hard but is very effective. A mono diet consists of a meal based on 2-3 products. The lost kilos vary from 6 to 11. The main rule is to tailgate 2 hours among the meals and to drink a glass of non-carbonated mineral water every hour. So here is the variant of it.

The first day is a kefir or yoghurt day
1l of yoghurt (2.5% of fat)
a spoon of vegetable oil
a cup of herbal tea

The second day is a fruit day
4 oranges
a spoon of vegetable oil
2 cups of herbal tea

The third day is a cottage day
500g of non-fat cottage
a cup of a herbal tea

The forth day is a vegerable day
500g of marrow
Herbal tea

The fifth day is a chocolate day
100g of milk chocolate
Herbal tea

The sixth day is an apple day
a kilo of apples
a spoon of vegetable oil
herbal tea

The seventh day is a cheese day
300g of cheese
herbal tea

The eighth day is a vegetable day
A liter of tomato juice

The ninth day is a meat day
400g of stewed beef
a spoon of vegetable oil
herbal tea

the tenth day is a vegetable day
salad (cucumber, tomato, celery, vegetable oil, salt)
herbal tea

the eleventh day is a cottage day
500g of non-fat cottage
a spoon of vegetable oil
herbal tea

the twelfth day is a fruit day
a kilo of plums
a spoon of vegetable oil
herbal tea

The main diet advantage is a quick result. One can lose 2-4 kilos in 3-5 days. Another plus is that the diet can be chosen according to one’s tastes. It should just contain one ingredient a day. You can make your own diet and eat your favorite food.

But this diet has many shortcomings. Be ready to take the lost kilos in a week after the diet finishing. This 12 day diet is one of the most unfavorable for health. Because of the monotony meals you won’t get all the necessary vitamins that your organism needs. That’s why you should keep that diet no more than 12 days. You should also be ready to start hating the product you’ve liked before. From the other hand it is a good way to break eating chocolate of the habit, for instance.

P.S. don’t eat after 6.00 p.m. All you’re allowed is a cup of herbal tea.
